Excellent

Dana is an excellent attorney. Very professional and knowledgeable. I went through 3 lawyers before I found her. She is honest and ethical and helped expedite issues in a cost effective manner. Took time to explain every detail and highlight the pros and cons. Will use her for all my legal needs. Cal...l her first.

She is amazing

She has represented me in several family law matters. She wrote the most thorough and detailed Marital Settlement Agreement which outlined a very sophisticated agreements, assets, alimony, the the like. She pushed this through at an extremely quick pace knowing that time was important to me an my f...amily. She also wrote a rock solid Parenting Plan that had extra details to avoid future problems in a difficult custody issue. Thanks to Ms. Quigley!!!

STRONGLY RECOMMEND DANA!!

I've known Dana for many years. We went to school together and have used her services in the past. She's incredibly thorough and is a TIGER in defending her client's rights. I strongly recommend her services!!!

An amazing attorney who knows the law and never gives up in the face of adversity.

Dana Quigley will “never give up fighting for what is in the best interest of your child.” She has worked tirelessly for the past 3 years to ensure the safety of our granddaughter. Regardless of formidable obstacles, she stood by us and our case when other attorneys believed it was hopeless. Due to... her dedication, attention to detail, high ethics, and knowledge of the law, we have fought this battle at both the trial court and appellate court levels. Ms. Quigley never once gave up on our complex case, knew every detail, and was well read in the intricacies of the applicable laws. She was determined to protect our granddaughter from future harm and pushed until justice prevailed. Our case was very unusual, complex, and involved a 3-year battle that was highly charged and very emotionally taxing to us as a family. In addition to knowing the facts and the complexities of the law, Ms. Quigley understood that we needed to feel supported as human beings. She encouraged, regularly informed, and educated us along the way so that we became part of the process in seeking the safety of our granddaughter. Ms. Quigley is an amazing attorney. Rare Find

She did not give me the advice that I wanted to hear, she gave me the honest advice that I needed to hear which included that I not pursue a case. She could have easily talked me into pursuing it just to make money but she she has integrity so she told me the truth. Happy that I listened.
