Biography
I stand up and fight for every person whose had his or her freedom and rights taken from them by the Government. I see individuals every day in court who simply need someone to stand with them, to fight for them, to tell their story. I hear the goverment refer to constitutional rights as "technicalities." Every client of mine gets my cell phone and my email. I strive to tell my client's story in court. I have a passion for helping teachers and individuals with developmental disabilities. I am a contracted attorney with the United School Employees of Pasco, USEP, and with the United States Concealed Carry Association, the USCCA. I am also trusted by the Fraternal Order of Police to represent their member who are involved in a critical incident (police shooting).
I live in Land O' Lakes, Pasco County, Florida, and have since 2013. I am a Central Florida native. I was born, raised and educated in Polk County, Florida. I have been married to my wife, Nina, since 2010. We have two young children, Elise and Archer, and a black Lab, Jet. I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, skeet shooting, reading and working around the house. I enjoy giving back to the community and serving with my Rotary family. I regularly attend Grace Family Church on Tampa.
