Dan Rice was raised in Miles City, Montana. He graduated from Custer County District High School in 2000, served with the Active Army from 2003-2006, completed a BA in Sociology at the University of Montana in 2008, and graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 2010. Rice returned to Miles City, Montana in 2010, and is currently a Partner at Lucas & Tonn, P.C.
