From my perspective unless you have unexpectedly come into a huge sum of cash no one wants to speak to an attorney. Chances are if you are seeking legal counsel either something bad has happened, or is about to happen in your life. I equate hiring an attorney to purchasing insurance; you’re never h...appy to write that check but if you’ve done your research and chosen wisely that initial expenditure should far outweigh any potential long term monetary and emotional costs. Having recently been through an emotionally and financially devastating event I can say with supreme confidence that I had chosen wisely when I retained Gary Weiner. I’m not aggressive or confrontational by nature, in fact in many respects I’m probably too passive or “soft”. In retrospect there were times he was a quasi therapist, patiently listening to me excessively lament and offering insightful advice and experienced guidance. Never once did any of my interactions with Gary feel contrived or insincere. Gary is as genuine a human being as I have ever met; he is without question a very good man.
