Excellent

In 2016 I was arrested coming into Jfk airport on an arrest warrant out of Miami for Money Laundering. My family contacted Frank Gaviria and hired him to be my lawyer. The same night I arrived in the Miami jail Mr. Gaviria came to see me. He told me he was going to help and get me out. Even though I ...wasn’t from the US he got me a bond and I was able to remain out of custody while we fought the case. The first time I went to court I was scarred, I was told I was facing about 11 yrs in jail at a minimum. I thought my life was over. Mr. Gaviria battled for over a year. He fought and fought and was able to work a miracle. Finally he got my charges dismissed. He is a true warrior.

Lack of Communication

I Hired Frank More Than 2 Months Ago For A Disordly Person And A Traffic Ticket I Received In Miami . Mind You I Don't Live in Miami . My License Was Suspended Do To This Charge . Today Im Still In The Same Predicament I Was In Beofre I Hired FRANK.I Feel Like I'm Not Getting The Right Treatment As B...eing A New Client !

Sir, I have spoken to you almost daily to give you updates. I explained to you that with respect to courtdates I’m at the mercy of Judges. Your matter was resolved, as I explained, but I’m waiting for the clerks office to enter the disposition.

Dedicated and committed to serve

Frank has an excellent work ethic and a commitment to serve his clients. I was facing racketeering, running a gambling house and several other felony charges and he was able to get it dismissed. I owe my life to this man and the good lord for the second chance.

Best Lawyer in South Beach

Frank has helped me with two cases, both were dismissed. He's the best there is and you can tell people and judges know him. I've saved a lot of money and not gone to jail because of him. I would definitely refer him to friends and family. He's literally a life saver.

My Crazy Neighbor served me with Harassment & Frank put him in his in place in the court room

I had a crazy neighbor that created fake stories to attack me and make my life miserable. Mr. Gaviria took the time to hear the whole history of this guy in our 1st meeting. I hired him to make this all go away. Once we entered the court room he quickly caught on to the plaintiffs mistakes in his ...false claims by asking some amazing questions and comments. I felt so confident throughout the whole case and was worth every penny. The judge quickly identified with my case and it was dismissed & I now have the opportunity to counter sue... But really I hate having to go to court.. But if i do I will certainly call Frank Gaviria 1st!
