I am truly blessed in this life since I love what I do.
I love being a trial attorney and It is my passion to fight for my client's rights in court.
I am not afraid of going to trial and that sets me apart from many other lawyers who have little to no experience in the courtroom. Insurance companies know which lawyers will accept the first low-ball settlement offer they make and which ones are not afraid of taking the case all the way.

Speeding Ticket client - Texas resident, Florida citation

Effective
I got a traffic ticket for something I felt was not my fault, and I lived out of the state it occurred in so I was not able to appear to represent myself. Rafael Millares' law firm took care of it for less than the cost of the ticket. So I'm pleased.
