AMAZING ATTORNEY - EXTREMELY SATISFIED with HIS SERVICES

I was referred to Frank Gaviria from a former client. I was arrested and charged with Second Degree Grand Theft and Organized Scheme to Defraud. The evidence was strong against me and I was facing a lengthy prison sentence of several years. Frank skillfully managed my case. Definitely Recommend

Mr. Gaviria is a very experienced and knowledgeable federal criminal defense attorney. I was federally indicted on serious drug trafficking charges. I was facing 20 yrs in prison. He ultimately resolved the case so that I will be back home very soon (a fraction of what I was told I would serve) . He... is great at what he does. If you or a loved one need a professional to help you through a difficult case - Frank is the man.

THE BEST, DEF RECOMMEND!!

I was arrested after being charged with committing a violent crime on my ex. I was recommended to Mr. Gaviria by a former client. Mr. Gaviria fought the case and took a personal interest in the case. He filed a “ Stand your Ground” motion to dismiss the case. He destroyed my ex’s credibility on cro...ss-examination. A few days later Mr. Gaviria called me with the good news. That my charges were being dropped !! Hopefully I’m never in a similar situation again, but if I am, I know who I’ll be calling! Thank you for all you’ve done!

the best attorney

“ I was arrested on serious federal charges. My family contacted Frank Gaviria after he was referred by one of his previous clients. He appeared at court and within hours I was released. I am not from the us by all I heard was that federal cases where impossible to win and impossible to get... dismissed. When the initial evidence was produced, it looked very damaging. Frank never gave up and continued to believe in me and my case. He eventually was able to get my charges dismissed. He is simply the best.

Save Your Money

First initial meetings were good, Frank seemed to show much interest and very knowledgeable about my family members case. However, once we retained his services there was an entirely different story. We never received requested copies of requested court documents and communication became minimal. F...rank did the bare minimum and was an embarrassment when it was time for court, you could easily see his lack of preparation for the case. Please save your money, better off without his services.

Sorry if you feel this way. By writing that I was knowledgeable about your family members case- leads me to believe that it is not the actual client that is writing this review. Please understand that my office doesn’t share court documents with family members. I haven’t had court in close to 7 months - so your statement that I was an embarrassment in court is very suspect. My office and I am available for consultation upon request. I am always easily reached. Understand that if your family member is in custody —visitation has been only available thru video conferences. You also don’t state what happened to your family member - what was the result of my representation. My results speak for themselves. Again, I apologize if you perceive my representation as being deficient but I honestly don’t feel this is a valid review. I prepare diligently for court and have yet to be embarrassed.
