WORST STAFF

THIS ATTORNEYS STAFF IS THE WORST I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. THERE SLOW TO REACT TO THINGS NEEDED IN COURT. OR TO RESOLVE YOUR CASE. THEY TEND TO LOOK FOR MORE WAYS TO ASK FOR EXTRA MONEY. THE RPUTATION THEY HAD WAS FROM 5 YEARS AGO. THE NEW STAFF RUDE NOT AFFECTIVE AND NEVER HAS ANSWERS. ALWAYS ...WILL GET BACK TO YOU WHICH MEANS 2 WEEKS. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE NOT UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME AND MONEY ON YOUR HANDS.

ALL MY CLIENTS HAVE MY CELL PHONE. THEY CAN REACH ME PERSONALLY. MY FIRM CHARGES A FLAT-FEE- MY FIRM DOESNT LOOK FOR WAYS TO CHARGE EXTRA MONEY.

Hit and run

Once he has your retainer he will not help you. I never met with him. One of his associates met with me and got my retainer. After that he never called me or helped me. He just told me “ would you rather have me handle your case or talk to you?” He NEVER came to visit me and always said do not talk a...bout the case. I realized that he just wanted the money and then told me to take a plea. $10,000 for me and $10,000 for my brother.

Amazing work!!!!

My son was arrested and indicted on conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. I was given the number of Mr. Gaviria by another attorney. I called his office and was patched immediately to Mr. Gaviria. I found him to be very knowledgeable and informative. He did not sugar coat things but was co...nfident that he could get a positive outcome for my son. I saw Mr. Gaviria expertly minimize what was a very difficult case. Today my son was sentenced - Mr. Gaviria achieved a result that should have my son home shortly. The Federal Judge took the time to praise Mr. Gaviria for the efforts on behalf of my son. If you are looking for a fantastic federal lawyer you can feel confident that Mr. Gaviria will get the job done.

Best In Town by Far

I was arrested for importation of narcotics at Miami airport. I was busted with 6 kilos. I was dead to rights and confessed. I was charged in federal court. I had made a huge mistake and was looking at a lot of jail time. My wife referred me to Frank Gaviria from a mutual friend. I first met Frank a...t FDC and he told he he was going to get me out. HE DID!! For almost a year he fought my case. He was always available to answer any questions I may have had. His staff was friendly and assisted me when I needed to change my address, to get my personal belongings, and for literally anything I needed. As the case went on I was told by many people that getting probation was IMPOSSIBLE in Federal Court. And guess who came through for me. ..Frank Gaviria. He was able to get me probation! Im am so thankful for his and his teams hard work. Thankful to have met him as a person as well and for making the imoossible possible. I would Highly recommend Frank to anyine in any similar situation.

Save Your Money

First initial meetings were good, Frank seemed to show much interest and very knowledgeable about my family members case. However, once we retained his services there was an entirely different story. We never received requested copies of requested court documents and communication became minimal. F...rank did the bare minimum and was an embarrassment when it was time for court, you could easily see his lack of preparation for the case. Please save your money, better off without his services.

Sorry if you feel this way. By writing that I was knowledgeable about your family members case- leads me to believe that it is not the actual client that is writing this review. Please understand that my office doesn’t share court documents with family members. I haven’t had court in close to 7 months - so your statement that I was an embarrassment in court is very suspect. My office and I am available for consultation upon request. I am always easily reached. Understand that if your family member is in custody —visitation has been only available thru video conferences. You also don’t state what happened to your family member - what was the result of my representation. My results speak for themselves. Again, I apologize if you perceive my representation as being deficient but I honestly don’t feel this is a valid review. I prepare diligently for court and have yet to be embarrassed.
