Hit and run

Once he has your retainer he will not help you. I never met with him. One of his associates met with me and got my retainer. After that he never called me or helped me. He just told me “ would you rather have me handle your case or talk to you?” He NEVER came to visit me and always said do not talk a...bout the case. I realized that he just wanted the money and then told me to take a plea. $10,000 for me and $10,000 for my brother.

Amazing work!!!!

My son was arrested and indicted on conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. I was given the number of Mr. Gaviria by another attorney. I called his office and was patched immediately to Mr. Gaviria. I found him to be very knowledgeable and informative. He did not sugar coat things but was co...nfident that he could get a positive outcome for my son. I saw Mr. Gaviria expertly minimize what was a very difficult case. Today my son was sentenced - Mr. Gaviria achieved a result that should have my son home shortly. The Federal Judge took the time to praise Mr. Gaviria for the efforts on behalf of my son. If you are looking for a fantastic federal lawyer you can feel confident that Mr. Gaviria will get the job done.

Great Job

My husband was indicted on an international money laundering charge in federal court in Florida. I was given Mr. Gaviria’s name as a top criminal defense attorney by his former client. Excellent

In 2016 I was arrested coming into Jfk airport on an arrest warrant out of Miami for Money Laundering. My family contacted Frank Gaviria and hired him to be my lawyer. The same night I arrived in the Miami jail Mr. Gaviria came to see me. He told me he was going to help and get me out. Even though I ...wasn’t from the US he got me a bond and I was able to remain out of custody while we fought the case. The first time I went to court I was scarred, I was told I was facing about 11 yrs in jail at a minimum. I thought my life was over. Mr. Gaviria battled for over a year. He fought and fought and was able to work a miracle. Finally he got my charges dismissed. He is a true warrior.

BEST LAWYER EVER BEST SERVICE EVER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS A LAWYER

I hired Frank to represent me in a recent legal matter. He came highly recommended from a very good friend of mine so obviously I went straight to him. When I heard what he did for my friend I had zero doubt in my mind that he was the lawyer I was going to hire to represent me. I was so grateful t...o have him recommended to me. When I met him for the initial consultation he immediately put all my worries to ease. The scary thing with lawyers is that unless you know them personally you never truly know how they will handle your case as they can pretty much say anything to get your business. This is NOT how it is when dealing with Frank, he is 100% THE REAL DEAL !!! He immediately put my mind and worries at ease by telling me exactly how he was going to handle my case. I hired him right on the spot without a doubt in my mind. Even though he is on the highest tier of expertise in his field he is also very reasonably priced, his staff is extremely knowledgable and very pleasant to deal with. Frank and his team delivered on everything they said they would and made my legal issue completely disappear. Frank is everything you want in a lawyer he is honest and trustworthy, whatever he tells you is going to happen is exactly what you get. I would hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer. He is EVERYTHING you want in a lawyer so if you are reading this don't waste anymore of your time reading other reviews Frank is the one you need this I promise you, I sleep better every night just knowing that if I ever have a problem Frank Gaviria is there to take care of it for me.
