Drug trafficking

I was referred to Frank Gaviria from an existing client. I was charged with trafficking in cocaine and faced a minimum of 3 yrs. I had been set up by a snitch and the state had a great deal of evidence against me (text, video). Mr. Gaviria fought the case for two years. He found some holes in the evi...dence and was able to secure a probation (no jail) resolution. My family an I are great full for everything he did for me.

Definitely Recommend

Mr. Gaviria is a very experienced and knowledgeable federal criminal defense attorney. I was federally indicted on serious drug trafficking charges. I was facing 20 yrs in prison. He ultimately resolved the case so that I will be back home very soon (a fraction of what I was told I would serve) . He... is great at what he does. If you or a loved one need a professional to help you through a difficult case - Frank is the man.

He is absolutely the best!!

This is my story ,I live in miami for over 20 years and I never got a single problem with the law,in July 2021 my life change in a second I got arrested I was charged with kidnapping a serious felony punishable by life in prison.I was not entitled to a bond.My friend hired Mr.Gaviria and within a few... days I was released after he negotiated a bond,for almost 9 months he fought the case hard and assured me that he was experienced and would get the case dismissed,today is happiest day of my life I just left court and sure enough he was able to get all the charges dismissed,I’m extremely thankful to mr ,gaviria to help and resolve this case ,I’m also I want to mention keithy his secretary she was helping me all the time answer me questions and support me in this all process,this team are absolutely the best of best!! thank you again Frank Gaviria ,I’m finally got my life back !!!!

THE BEST, DEF RECOMMEND!!

I was arrested after being charged with committing a violent crime on my ex. I was recommended to Mr. Gaviria by a former client. Mr. Gaviria fought the case and took a personal interest in the case. He filed a “ Stand your Ground” motion to dismiss the case. He destroyed my ex’s credibility on cro...ss-examination. A few days later Mr. Gaviria called me with the good news. That my charges were being dropped !! Hopefully I’m never in a similar situation again, but if I am, I know who I’ll be calling! Thank you for all you’ve done!
