I cannot recommend Mr. Parks enough. Facing a 3rd offense DUI (2nd conv) & refusing to blow, my situation seemed all but hopeless. After interviewing several attorneys (some wouldn't even agree to trial) Mr. Parks was the only one I was confident representing me in court & although his rate was highe...r, it was worth every cent. With no clear defense he fought tirelessly on my behalf, leaving no stone unturned & discovered something that could've been very easily overlooked by other attorneys.
