We hired attorney Iara Morton in 2009 when she changed our Religious Visa to Student Visas. Parallel to that, I found an employer who wanted to sponsor me in a labor certification case. I thank God for having led me to Ms. Iara Morton who represented me vigorously and beautifully before the immigration court in Boston and also in Miami, reopening a removal order I had from many years ago and terminating it, allowing me to keep my Green Card intact. The very well known lawyer who re...presented me before, knew that I had this removal order and yet he did my entire labor process and applied for my Green Card without disclosing it or doing anything to get rid it. Then, after I left the country I had problems getting back in because the officers saw that I had a removal order and they told me I obtained my green card by fraud. I was devastated!!!
