The Best
Doc Moses was my lawer when I was applying for my green card . I was working in Boston and I never went to NJ to talk to him. Everything was done by phone and that time by fax. Doc Moses was extremely professional and honesty. I received the green card so my son and wife in a flawless process. Great lawer. Great person!!

The best immigration attorney ever!!!!
He did my case with immigration ( I- 601A) - Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver. I got approved easy and fast. No mistakes in the paper work and he charged me fair price compared to Kubas office in NY. I recommend him with full confidence. He also has one of the best paralingual that I have seen, Mrs. Jack.

Best Lawyer for Business Immigration Cases
Mr. Apsan has provided our company legal assistance on immigration matters for over 10 years. During this time he has obtained H-1B visas for numerous civil engineers as well as permanent residency for several employees. I recommend Mr. Apsan for anyone needing expert immigration assistance.

Without a doubt...
I've come to Moses Apsan to take care of a very sensitive immigration case for my wife 3 years ago and again last year for a Bankruptcy. After looking around for an attorney the first time around, one of my friends who had used his services previously recommended Moses Apsan and it turned out to be the best decision I made. I left the first consultation very informed about what my options were and exactly what needed to be done. The staff was very friendly, informative, and helped me get through each step of the case without causing me any burden. I would most definitely recommend Moses Apsan for any immigration and/or financial assistance.

Terrible office
You never get to speak with the lawyer Moses at all. HIs overwhelmed and difficult staff do everything and cover for him and they do not seem happy about it. He never answers phone calls and does not seem to have the heart or care to spend time helping clients. Also, there is tension in the office environment which made my husband and I feel very uncomfortable.

I don't know who is writing this. It says anonymous, so I don't have any record. This person should have given her name so that I could review the file and make an effort to correct this situation. I am suspicious when the writer's name is anonymous.

I have had clients call me years later just to thank me for introducing them to Moses. Not only does he understand the law like no other I have ever met, he understands how the process works in real life - His real work experience can not be learned from a book, it must be earned by spending years in the trenches. He only takes cases he believes in. He provides honest advice and diligent services. I endorse Moses without hesitation and feel fortunate to have him as a resource at my side."
