Staci A Roccanova

Staci A. Roccanova, Esq. is a managing partner of Mikita & Roccanova's Monmouth and Middlesex County offices.

Staci grew up in the Monmouth County area of New Jersey. She graduated from Raritan High School, Hazlet, NJ, in 1996 and four years later, from St. John’s University, SI, NY in 2000. At St. John’s, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Paralegal Studies. She was also actively involved in Student Life including President of the St. Vincent DePaul Society.

In May 2003, Staci received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. During law school, Ms. Roccanova interned for the Queens County District Attorney’s Office in the Domestic Violence Bureau. Staci began her legal career in 1999 working as a law clerk and subsequently as an associate for the Falcon Law Firm, LLC.

During that time, she was exposed to a myriad of litigation including but not limited to Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Family Matters, Criminal & Municipal Matters, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Wills. In January 2015, Ms. Roccanova left the Falcon Law Firm to pursue her long-time dream of owning her own law firm.

In March 2015, she partnered up with William P. Mikita, Jr., Esq. and established Mikita & Roccanova, LLC.

Professionally, Staci is admitted to practice in all New Jersey state level courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Monmouth County Bar Association, and Middlesex County Bar Association.
