I was born in Canada but my parents are from Peru and Uruguay. We met this wonderful lawyer Iara Morton some 12 years or so ago and she has handled several matters for our family from back then until just yesterday, when my mother finally got her Green Card! We were so overjoyed and the first person we called to share the great news was Miss Iara! We cannot thank enough Miss Iara Morton for being such a fabulous lawyer and a wonderful human being who always treated us so well. No matter our multitude of problems, she patiently handled each and every one of our cases: she handled my mother's marriage to an abusive husband, her removal proceedings, a VAWA petition, and then my grandmother's case which was also very complicated, and then my own case which wasn't simple either as I was not longer w/ my ex-husband. Despite hurdles and difficulties, time and again, we got approvals. I became a USC and my mother now just got her Green Card (without any interview), all thanks to the amazing efforts of Miss Iara. Throughout all these years she had offices in 3 different locations and every time we managed to find her because we trusted no one else to handle our immigration problems other than her. She genuinely cares for you and treats you really well. She charges reasonable fees, knows what she is doing and gets the results you are seeking. My whole family has so much gratitude for all she is done for us and we recommend her to all!

Several years ago I suffered a great deal by being in an extremely abusive marital relationship. Breaking the cycle of abuse became even harder because I had a child with this abusive man. I suffered for far too long but the turning point was when I engaged Iara Morton as my lawyer. She handled my immigration case based on the abuse I had been a victim of, as well as my subsequent divorce. No one could deal with this man but Iara did, and both of my cases were solved successfully. Iara is a very impressive woman in that she steps into your shoes and embraces your cause with passion and determination to win. Thanks to her, my fate changed completely since then. I later remarried a wonderful and loving man, I established a career for myself and my child is doing great! I will be forever thankful for Iara's advocacy on my behalf during the worst times of my life, and I recommend her to all!

I was recommended to IaraMorton to have my I-601A Waiver done and what an excellent choice! She is amazing, honest, dedicated, competent and charges rasonable fees. The job was extremely well done and I got my Green Card! The phases of the process went perfectly well in the U.S. and the consular interview in Rio/Brazil as well. Iara Morton and Richard Alton were wonderful and very responsible lawyers. My husband and I couldn't be happier and we will be forever thankful for such a great job! We highly recommend her!

Iara Morton is just great! She first helped me get my F-1 Visa for my college studies and after she assisted me in getting my Green Card through investment in a regional center. She is totally reliable, competent, knowledgeable and always prompt to answer questions! We made the right decision in hiring her to assist us in this complex process as everything has worked out just perfectly until now. Iara is a lawyer you can fully trust and rely on!

What an excellent decision and choice to hire Iara Morton's Law Office and invest in an EB5 Regional Center! In less than 2 years, my wife and I and our two girls got our Conditional Green Cards. Iara has been outstanding! Very personable, prompt, reliable, instructed us throughout the whole process and all went very smooth. A little over a year after the initial submission the petition was approved and months later all of us got our Green Cards. Iara has your best interests in mind and does a fabulous job to make sure you get what you expect! I have recommended Iara to my friends and family because she is knowledgeable, competent and 100% reliable.

Iara Morton was just excellent - very personable - she never left us without an answer be it via e-mail, phone, text or What's App. She was with us throughout our entire E-2 Visa Petition process and thanks to her very efficient legal assistance, we got our E-2 Visas in Rio de Janeiro very quickly and have been living in the US, directing the business we bought and manage, thanks to her legal support. It's a dream come true for us which Iara made happen!

I was extremely lucky to be recommended to attorney Iara Morton just 3 days before the "2013 Miracle" expired when visas became available to spouses of permanent residents for just about 2 months or so. I had a student visa at the time and never did I think that my then permanent resident fiancée could petition for me. We had never heard about it and my fiancée had even consulted with her immigration lawyer in NY. Lo and behold, right after consulting with Iara, she compiled and filed our case and I became a Permanent Resident some time down the line - and only now my fiancée is even applying for U.S. Citizenship! The availability of those immigrant visas for that category was a miracle at the time as well as our coming across attorney Iara Morton who made our drem come true! She's extremely efficent - a superb lawyer indeed

My parents moved to the U.S. when I was a teenager and I finished middle and HS there. Unfortunately, I was detained by immigration in 2009 and a few months later I had to leave the country. It was devastating for my parents and especially for my girlfriend and I. A few years later my gf and I got married and the best decision my parents made was to hire attorney Iara Morton to pursue a consular process on my behalf. The process was long and complex as I needed two waivers, but phase after phase, approval after approval is what we had thanks to attorneys Iara Morton and Richard Alton. Her team was outstanding - they were always prompt to answer all questions and they educated us throughout the whole process. They were totally reliable, personable, extremely competent and our ordeal come to an end several weeks ago when I finally got my immigrant visa stamped onto my passaport. I recommend Iara Morton and Richard Alton to all who need aggressive, trustworthy and competent lawyers to weave through the complex immigration maze as they did an outstanding job!

I will soon become a naturalized USC and file on behalf of my parents thanks to Iara Morton's office. I got my GC with her legal assistance some 6 years ago. She is the only lawyer I call to get immigration questions answered because I know how prompt, reliable and competent she is. I recommend Iara Morton without any reservations.
