During high school I met a foreign exchange student on the first day of school from Ukraine. She, her husband, and 12 year old twins lived in Buch, Ukraine when their lives changed forever. Once the United for Ukraine program was announced it was decided my family would sponsor her and her children. I began to google the process and was overwhelmed. I found, by chance, an article on Gintare highlighting her teams support and guidance in the Unite for Ukraine program. They were involved quickly form the beginning. Gintare herself is from Ukraine and this is a very important issue for her in helping save lives of those displaced. I called the law firm and within minutes of leaving a message she called me personally to tell me they would help us through the process and file the paperwork pro- bono. We gathered all the information over a two day period. They filed the paperwork on Monday May 20, 2022. The approval came through Wednesday May 22, 2022. Gintare Grigaite and her team are a blessing. They answered all of our questions immediately and made the process smooth. Their knowledge, care, and compassion during a time of chaos for so many helped keep the nervousness of waiting at bay because we knew we had the backing of a team that knew and understood the process. I know you can apply by yourself but I would not have been able to file the paperwork as quickly or manage the process like they did for us. It was a huge piece of mind knowing someone who understood the program was doing the process for us. Vanessa and Gintare were personally involved throughout the process. After the process Gintare personally called and told us to reach out with any needs at any time. There are not enough stars to give in the review. Because truly it would be infinity.

Attorney Gintare Grigaite provided an invaluable service to a Ukrainian Refugee mom and her teenage son. I requested assistance with applying for Sponsorship for a mother and son still living in Ukraine, during the current war. Ms. Grigaite replied to my email almost immediately and the necessary documents were prepared within a few days. I couldn't believe how quick and efficient her response was - and she kept her promise of not charging a fee for this humanitarian service. Incredible!! What an efficient legal practice and amazingly compassionate human being. I also want to mention how kind and patient Mr. Grigaite's legal assistant, Vanessa, was throughout this process.

I was looking for guidance with my offer to host Ukrainian refuges in the US through the Uniting for Ukraine government program and I found the law office of Grigaite & Abdelsayed on the internet. I was stunned to see that the refuge got the Travel Authorization within a few days from the say they opened the case. My hat is off to Mrs Grigaite and her office for helping in this noble cause.
