Let me just first say first Alvaro is the most honest and professional attorney I have ever met. Having dealt with many other attorneys in Miami, that is a huge compliment coming from me. I way was referred to Alvaro by a friend when the IRS came knocking at the door looking to collect Hundreds of... Thousands of Dollars and with agents ready to perform a "Comprehensive Audit" of any and all my business and personal finances. Pretty much a nightmare scenario. Alvaro been a tax attorney and a CPA (yes he's a CPA as well) , was able to prepare, document and manage the entire audit process (10 months) while interacting with the IRS agents on my behalf.
