Prior to practicing immigration law, Carl served as a complex litigation consultant to the defense teams of many Fortune 100 companies, including Shell Oil, British Petroleum, Chevron, Chesapeake Energy, Bank of America, UBS Bank of Switzerland, Johnson & Johnson, American Airlines, and Walmart. He has also acted as counsel for over 800 clients in a defective product litigation involving defective construction materials.

A very honest and straight forward lawyer

I was impressed with him at the first consultation because he got to the point and told me how much everything would cost and how long things would take. After I wrote the check, he still returned my calls and answered my questions. The immigration process takes a very long time. There were so many things that I would not have done if I filed my case on my own. He was very good at guiding me through the process and being straight all the way through.

Awesome immigration attorney

I was worried about my case because I had a felony. I wanted to get naturalized. He took my case after a lot of other lawyers told me that I would have no chance because of my felony. What I liked about him was that he had a positive attitude. He didn't put me down because of my past. He told me how to explain my past mistakes. I am now a United States citizen thanks to Carl Rothrock.

Great immigration lawyer

We hired him for a fiancee visa. My girlfriend was very nervous because her visa had been turned down in the past. He got the visa approved. We had no problem reaching him. He filed our paperwork quickly and returned our calls when we called him.

Carl Rothrock is a very analytical attorney

Apparently, I had a very complex case. I went to several lawyers and they all gave me the wrong advice. They said not to worry. Everything would go through. It did not. Carl Rothrock was the first person who ready my file thoroughly. He was very analytical and caught all the mistakes that the previous attorneys had made. He filed a case for me, and it was approved. I am now a United States Citizen.

Waiver granted

Carl Rothrock represented my family in an immigration matter. My wife was here without papers and needed a waiver. I met with 4 other attorneys. I felt most comfortable with Carl. Out of all the attorneys that I met with, he had the most positive attitude about my case. There were a lot of things that we didn't understand about the process, but he explained them to us well. He also followed up with us when needed. I did a lot of research on my own and was tempted to do the work on my own because lawyers' fees are very high. I ended up being very glad that I hired him. You get what you pay for. The money was well spent. Even with all the research that I did, I never would have been able to put together the documents that he did. My wife's waiver was granted. I can't put a price tag on that .

Immigration Matter

Needed help to bring my wife to the US. Called several lawyers. Chose him because he had the most common sense and didn't speak lawyerspeak. He talks like a normal person. Didn't have to wait too long to get things done, another plus.

Corporate immigration matters

I hired the Rothrocks for corporate immigration matters. I needed to get business partners to the US for international business. I had lots of questions regarding tax matters, corporate structure, visas. The Rothrocks were both excellent. They had high credentials and experience. What was particularly impressive is that they were easy to reach. My business requires split second decisions.

green card approved

Mr. Rothrock worked very hard for my family. He successfully obtained a green card for my wife. He had our paperwork ready for us when we came in and sent it off right away. He has a lot of locations, which makes it convenient to drop off papers. He was also very accommodating in meeting us on short notice.

601A waiver approved

Attorney Rothrock got my I-601A waiver approved. I tried to prepare the papers myself to save money but a friend convinced me to get a lawyer. I'm glad I hired him. He gave the government tons of cases and laws so that my case would go through. He was real aggressive.

He answers his own phone!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I called the Rothrock Law Firm that attorney Rothrock answered his own phone. He set my appointment the same day and filed my application within a week. My wife got her permanent residence card a few months later. Attorney Rothrock works hard and fast and gets the job done. I am going to use him to sponsor my in-laws, as well.

Excellent immigration lawyer

My wife's family hired Carl Rothrock for various immigration matters. I hired him to sponsor my wife and she got her green card quickly. She was very comfortable with him. He called us back quickly whenever we called. He let me know what was going on with the case. He also got by brother in law approved for a DACA petition. The immigration officer wanted a lot of documentation and I don't think we could have handled the paper work on our own. Carl made the process very smooth for us. He also sent in petitions for my wife's parents. They are still pending but I have confidence that they will go through. We will continue to use him if we have any other immigration needs.

The best immigration lawyer ever!!!

Carl Rothrock successfully got an E2 treaty visa for my husband. We went to 3 different lawyers. We first tried Miami because we thought it would cost less and the immigration lawyers would be more experienced. I thought I would give it one last try by going to a lawyer in my home town. His fees were less and he was awesome. He called us back every time we had a question and finished our file in less than a week. I will go back to him when we sponsor my husband's other family members or business partners. He is the best.

Green card for husband approved.

I hired immigration lawyer Carl Rothrock to get a green card for my husband. He did an awesome job! He saw me the same day that I called for an appointment and he got our application submitted within a week. We felt really comfortable talking to him. Whenever we called, he called us back quickly and made time for us. He is very reliable and took care of us. He got the green card approved. It only took a few months. My husband and I were both very satisfied.

Very Professional and Fast Service

I hired Carl Rothrock to get a visa for my wife. I had been to other attorneys. They had long wait times, and I was never able to talk to the attorney. Carl Rothrock saw me the week that I called him. He filed my I-130 and 485 within 10 days and my wife got her green card a few months later. Every time I called, he called me back right away and had a good attitude. I was very impressed by his professionalism.

Very knowledgeable 601-A attorney

The 601-a waiver was very exciting for my family. I researched attorneys for weeks before hiring the right one. Attorneys charge a lot of money for the 601-A waiver and I didn't want to make a $5,000 or $10,000 mistake. If the attorney didn't do the job right, my wife could end up being deported. I saw or spoke to around ten different attorneys before deciding on Carl Rothrock. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He understood what I needed and he knew what to do. My wife liked him because he was easy to talk to and he made her feel comfortable. He set us up with a good doctor, and she put together a report for us, that Carl said we would need to get our application approved. We got our application approved and we are on our way to getting her a greencard now. The experience has been stressful for our family for years. The anxiety of never knowing if someone will knock on the door and tell her to leave the country. The fear of having our kids be seperated from their mother. I am glad we made the phone call. His fee was surprisingly not as high as some of the other people I spoke to. It was well worth the money spent.
