Immigration legal services include U.S. and international representation for all U.S. family and business based immigration matters. Family based immigration services include K1 and K2 fiancee visas, CR-1 and IR -1 marriage visas, I-130 relative visas, I-485 adjustment of status applications, N-400 and 600 naturalization and citizenship proceedings. In addition, the Rothrock Law Firm has successfully obtained waivers for inadmissibility, including unlawful presence, misrepresentation, and criminal acts.
Prior to practicing immigration law, Carl served as a complex litigation consultant to the defense teams of many Fortune 100 companies, including Shell Oil, British Petroleum, Chevron, Chesapeake Energy, Bank of America, UBS Bank of Switzerland, Johnson & Johnson, American Airlines, and Walmart. He has also acted as counsel for over 800 clients in a defective product litigation involving defective construction materials.

Great immigration lawyer
We hired him for a fiancee visa. My girlfriend was very nervous because her visa had been turned down in the past. He got the visa approved. We had no problem reaching him. He filed our paperwork quickly and returned our calls when we called him.
