Lost Hope

Tis law firm took my money and never gandle the case for me I would like to have my money back can't call no numbers they have all been disconnected or changed I paid $1,125 for no service git the sane lawyer that I had at first won my case fir this firm did nothing but took my money and changed numb...ers no I would not recommend this firm to no one I'm still waiting on my money

I was scammed by attorney Alex R. Hernandez Jr. He stole $5,000 from me for my immigration case since 2022 and I have never received a response from this scammer.

If this is Magda Fierro, wife of Israel Silva 3618979517 your immigration case i130A was filed in 2022, we gathered all information regarding your immigration matter and timely filed the documents with the application regarding your immigration case. These cases are not immediate as family based visas do take several years. We have meet with Israel even a few months ago regarding information he needed to update to his portal. Hopefully he continued to update the tax information that they required. There are two ways to continue to check status of your application including https://www.uscis.gov and https://egov.uscis.gov if you have any other questions about your immigration process please contact us.

Worst attorney EVER!!!

I hired this attorney to handle a case in Texas. I live in Las Vegas. I paid a retainer fee of $957.00 and paid two billings of approximately 617.00 for attorney fee's a total of $1,200.00. The attorney was Kristi Kneedler. I was assured that my case would be handled . After a year of waiting I had ...a court date finally. Then Kirsti Kneedler did not show up to court and do what she promised. Now you can't get in contact with ANYONE from this law firm. I am trying to get my money back but all call lines are disconnected. Don't ever use this law firm.

Scammer

The first Lawer I had, John Tinder ghosted me after I asked about a charge he blatantly lied to me about, the next lawyer Peggy Mayfield kept pushing the final hearing back and charging me, on of her excuses was that her cat at the final orders.
