Worst attorney EVER!!!

I hired this attorney to handle a case in Texas. I live in Las Vegas. I paid a retainer fee of $957.00 and paid two billings of approximately 617.00 for attorney fee's a total of $1,200.00. The attorney was Kristi Kneedler. I was assured that my case would be handled . After a year of waiting I had ...a court date finally. Then Kirsti Kneedler did not show up to court and do what she promised. Now you can't get in contact with ANYONE from this law firm. I am trying to get my money back but all call lines are disconnected. Don't ever use this law firm.

Scammer

The first Lawer I had, John Tinder ghosted me after I asked about a charge he blatantly lied to me about, the next lawyer Peggy Mayfield kept pushing the final hearing back and charging me, on of her excuses was that her cat at the final orders.

Hired this firm in November and the original attorney filed my paperwork then started ignoring me. When he finally answered he said he no longer works for the firm because he hadn't been paid and gave me Alex Hernandez Jrs personal cell number. Alex answered and said he would take care of my case sin...ce my court date was 2 weeks away and now has failed to show up to 3 court dates or return the phone calls from the judge. I've also filed a state bar grievance against Alex himself! Do not use this firm!!!

They are professional; prompt and polite

This firm is great. From the start to completion of my case they kept me informed and were always readily available through emails calls or texts whenever I had a question or concern. They are professional; prompt and polite.
