Government workers have a huge amount of power and can destroy someone's life. This ranges from allegations of a CPS worker based on hearsay to a lazy cop who just wants to harass y ou. Your only protection is the law and advocates, such as attorneys, who know the law and how to protect you.

Remember, refuse all tests. Politely assert your right to remain silent and ALWAYS ask for an attorney to be present. Government Agents (cops, cps workers, investigators) will always try to be nice and talk to you, or do the "bad cop" routine and try to scare you into talking. They are trained to do this. Remain silent. Don't consent to any search. If they want to ruin your life, make them work for it. Government is not your friend when they slap those handcuffs on you and take away your freedom..........

Answered Prayer

My son was blessed to have Mr Waller appointed as his attorney. After many prayers and not knowing what to do Mr Waller was amazing. He was able to get all3 of my son’s charges dismissed. He always responded when I had a question and Anna was alway responsive and caring. I would definitely choose him if I ever need an attorney again. Thank you so much Mr Waller and Anna!

Amazing Lawyer and Staff

When searching for a lawyer to represent my son on this website and reading reviews on Mr Waller I knew he would be the one to help with my sons case. After contacting his office and speaking with him I knew right then and there he would be hired to represent my son. He was straight forward and very professional on what we had to look forward to. MY REVIEW OF ATTORNEY HAROLD CHRISTOPHER WALLER

October 21, 2022 The court appointed Attorney Harold Christopher Waller as my public defender on June 07, 2022. My original charge was “Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon” punishable by fines up to $10,000.00 and a prison sentence of two to twenty years. When my case ended on October 20, 2022 Attorney Waller had secured a plea deal for me. Attorney Waller was able to convince the Prosecutor/DA to put me in a six month “Pretrial Diversion Program.” Of course this is probation with a few classes I have to take. So what! At least I didn’t go to prison and the “Pretrial Diversion Program” is only a six month program for me. Only six months! I couldn’t believe he could do that, but he did. It’s proof he’s a great attorney by the results in my case. What else can I say? I would recommend Attorney Waller to anyone. I was lucky to have Attorney Waller appointed as my attorney. He’s compassionate, knowledgeable and communicative. If you don’t believe what I’ve just had to say, I give Attorney Waller permission to give you my email address so you can email me and I will answer any questions that you may have. Helpful Attorney at a time of NEED

When my Dad became ill, and before my Dad's condition would have him bed ridden, I immediately began looking for attorneys that could help with wills. I contacted Chris's office, and he and Anna Waller took me in, after explaining our situation. The initial consultation was just me and him, but after hiring Chris, he and Anna came to my parents house, to meet my Dad and Mom, and we began the process to generate a will for both my parents. The next visit, I took my parents to his office, and there my parents were treated like family! Chris spoke to my parents, one at a time and isolated from me and other family to get their wishes down on paper. When this was done, the documents were drawn up, and Dad and Mom have a will! I stuck with Chris Waller when it came to my Moms Power Of Attorney documents, he and Anna again helped with that document as well! Harold Waller is my Attorney, if I ever need an Attorney, he's the one I go to! To date, Harold (Chris) Waller has helped me with: Wills, Power Of Attorney, Documents related to the sale of property, and guiding me through Deed documents for property sold.

Blessed

I was Blessed enough to get Mr. Waller appointed to Me on a serious Felony Charge. Mr. Waller and his staff are Very Professional and Extremely Knowledgeable. I was facing 5 to 20 years in prison and Mr. Waller got Me 3 years probation (deferred sentence) which I was extremely grateful for. Mr. Waller and his office took care of everything I just needed to show up. So in closing I just want to say that I highly recommend Harold Christopher Walker for any criminal case I know that He's the only Lawyer I'll ever use again.

Federal Case

Hired Mr. Waller for my son's Federal Case was so scary . Mr. Waller did a amazing job helping my son get less time on his Sentence. He is very good at what he does goes over beyond. He really helped my son and calmed me as a Mother by always answering and explaining the whole process to me . He is very upfront and he communicates very well, and always answered all our questions. I Didn't even know what a class 3 felony was

The Judge assigned me the #1 attorney or the year how lucky is that. I talked to Mr Waller for maybe 20 minutes he said not to worry. With in 2 weeks before they could put a monitor on my ankle. The probation officer was calling me. Telling me that my case was dropped. Everything just went away. Mr Waller knows his stuff and you can trust him. I didn't know anything about the laws or what to do. I was scared.

Fine Man, Great Lawyer, Super Staff

Waller and his staff of Anna and Tina were spot on in helping me get my case dismissed. Port A police did not help there cause: bad stop to begin with and then searched my car without my permission. Chris did a great job and I highly recommend this very skilled attorney, plus he's a very cool dude!

Federal case and complex. Ensured fair and compassionate process.

Mr. Waller and his office staff were extremely professional as well as kind, honest, and informational. My son's case was lengthy and complicated by serious medical issues and having no family in Texas or even close by. When I called with a question or concern, the office staff were very helpful and followed up on it rapidly. Mr Waller had originally been appointed by the state court, but when the case was turned over to the federal court, the family decided to hire him. Our decision was based on seeing how he had handled things in the 90 days of county jail. We felt that his skill level was great and did not wish to take chances with someone else that we had not had any contact with. This turned out to be a good decision as I feel that Mr. Waller really treats each client's situation individually and took the time to know more about my son and his difficulties. The result being that he defended my son in a way that got him a fair sentence. I highly recommend Mr. Waller and his office staff Anna and Tina.

Federal case

Waller was extremely informative! He was in constant communication with my case updates and always made me feel safe to ask questions. He helped my case get the lowest sentencing possible and dismissed other charges. Would recommended him to anyone who is in search for an attorney who will take care of you.

Awesome in every way on my federal case

Mr. Waller was my attorney for my federal case and did sucb an amazing job. He always informed me to the fullest, was straight forward about everything. His staff always answer their phones which is a huge plus and go above and beyond to make sure the clients are okay.
