Biography
James K. Murphy is a Martindale Hubbell “BV” rated attorney who was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1991; the U.S. District Court, North District of Georgia. He received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Geneseo. He received his J.D. from State University of New York at Buffalo. He was employed with the Georgia Legal Services Program for seven (7) years where he worked as a Supervising Attorney. He then entered private practice where he has focused on injury cases. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Georgia Trial Lawyers. He has also authored two reports on the insurance industry “How to Buy Car Insurance in Georgia” and “Mistakes to Avoid if You Want to Win Your Car Wreck Case”.
