Fiz a primeira consulta por skype, contratei e tive todo acompanhamento do meu caso a distância, sem nem perceber que jamais havia visto aquela mulher pessoalmente e já existia tamanha confiança. Exatamente 1 ano após nosso primeiro contato, estamos morando nos Estados Unidos eu, minha esposa e nossos 3 filhos legalmente, todos com greencard, através do processo EB-1. I had heard of Renata in a mom group I am part of and a post I saw on Facebook that she made encouraging people to get their citizenship and know their legal rights. Many people said how great and helpful she was so I decided to reach out because I was thinking about possibly doing my citizenship. While talking to her she let me know that all I needed to do was file for my naturalization papers since my mother because a citizen before I was 18. Thanks to her I didn't not need to spend 1000+ dollars to become a citizen or go though the hassle. After speaking with immigration they told me yes this is true and i can jist go apply for my U.S passport as proof of my citizenship ship and that is exactly what I did this morning. Renata was invaluable in helping us when we decided to open up our business, not only because she walked us through the whole process and made it easy for us to comply with every single legal steps, but also because she answered all our questions, no matter how trivial and took time out of her busy schedule to meet with us until we were able to walk on our own. Ok vim para o Brazil depois de 16 anos nos EUA ,recente para passar natal e ano novo aqui ,estou on tornozelo quebrado,isto aconteceu aí ,ainda está em processo ,agora está na fora de voltar como faço .

Na consulta é gigante, muito eloquente e faz parecer tudo simples, porém depois de contrata la é péssima , não responde aos e-mails e ligações. Renata e Carla (assistentes) só fazem pouco caso do cliente , perderam o prazo de tudo , porém para cobrar são extremamente competentes Terceiriza o trabalho com uma paralegal de outro Estado, sem nenhum cuidado com o Cliente!!!!

Bom dia! Há mais de dois mede estou tentando finalizar m minha resposta a imigração. Faltam 5 dias para se expirar o prazo. Não entendo porque o escritório ( Dra. Renata), esta procrastinando tanto esta resposta. O ultimo documento enviado, veio recheado de incongruência e precisa ser reelaborado. Me coloquei a disposição todas as vezes, mas nao vejo resposta nisso. O que fazer ? Até quando esperar? Perguntas que nao tenho resposta no momento mas que me deixão com a impressão que a moinha vida e da minha familia nos Estados Unidos esta em risco. A unica coisa que quero é que minha reposta seja enviada em tempo hábil e com a qualidade que sempre acreditei que o escritório tivesse.

After reading all the good reviews we thought we were making a good choice. Our first video call with Dr. Renata also made us feel that she and her team would be taking good care of us. However, that was not the case. The paralegal assigned to our case, Carla Fassina, obviously did not care about us and made no effort to pay attention or communicate well. Even after messaging Dr. Renata with a very clear complaint of the paralegal our case was not reassigned. The lack of attention and poor communication led to a severe delay in the beginning of our process and a tremendous amount of undue stress. In the end we switched and used another lawyer for our interview. Even though we were on a payment plan, we had to request an adjustment of the final balance as we had been charged in advance for the interview. This means that from the start she was charging us in advance for work not yet completed which I am pretty sure is an ethics violation. Suffice to say, my wife got her green card in spite of, not because of, Dr. Renata. The headaches and stress were not worth it. I could not recommend her less.

Renata charged me just to talk to her on the phone ($100), she Schedule the call for a time and called me after the time schedule, that is ok no problem. It was a Friday and After talking to her for like 20min she said she would have her secretary to send me the forms to start my process (simple divorce) on Monday. Monday passed and nothing, I texted her on Tuesday and nothing.. then I called her office in florida and her secretary said: I have your name here and I am gonna send wait! Bottom line I got another lawyer, he charged me $1500 and Renata took advantage of my despair and said She would charge me $2400 (Price giving discount). Anyways the other lawyer as amazing. Did everything correct he is American by the way not Brazilian like me and Renata. After 1 month and a half I was in court and everything worked fine. Just to see how unprofessional she was I texted her saying “I am still waiting for the forms” it was almost 2 months later after I was divorced already. I texted her because I had our conversation on my phone. And she replied: who is it? she erased our conversation and did not care about it at all. She Just took $100 to talk to me for 20min while she was arriving in her hotel (that’s why she was late for the call) at least I payed $900 less for a faster and very professional job with the other lawyer.

We hired Ms. Castro last year to apply for our non-immigrant visa (E2). She was helpful before signing the contract, but after that, it was impossible to reach her. Our visas were DENIED, and we are still waiting from her. I do not recommend.
