Dra Renata é fenomenal

Fazer meu processo com eles foi a melhor escolha que eu poderia ter feito. Equipe organizada, sempre paciente para responder todas as suas perguntas. Thiago tirou minhas dúvidas sobre o meu caso, em consultorias gratuitas antes mesmo de eu fechar o contrato, eu já cheguei mandar mensagens de madrugad...a, e ele respondeu prontamente. Sarah, Camilla, Annie, Helen e Fabiana sempre mandando mensagens de update ou ligando. E claro, a Dra Renata é fenomenal, ter ela presente na entrevista me trouxe muita segurança e tranquilidade. Meu processo todo teve uma duração de 3 anos, mas em todos esses meses de espera eu tive paz porque eles sempre se mostraram competentes e comprometidos em fazer o melhor. Ao final do processo recebi uma pasta com todos os documentos e cartas que envolviam meu caso, o que pra mim foi ótimo. Sou muito grata a USA4all por todo apoio e dedicação. Recomendo com toda certeza os serviços deles! Muito obrigada a toda equipe!

Very Professional

Thank you USA4all. To me, it’s a pleasure to meet Dr. Renata Castro to represent my case with a little bit of time. The result of my permit work is now in my hands. Awful experience.

Renata charged me just to talk to her on the phone ($100), she Schedule the call for a time and called me after the time schedule, that is ok no problem. It was a Friday and After talking to her for like 20min she said she would have her secretary to send me the forms to start my process (simple div...orce) on Monday. Monday passed and nothing, I texted her on Tuesday and nothing.. then I called her office in florida and her secretary said: I have your name here and I am gonna send wait! Bottom line I got another lawyer, he charged me $1500 and Renata took advantage of my despair and said She would charge me $2400 (Price giving discount). Anyways the other lawyer as amazing. Did everything correct he is American by the way not Brazilian like me and Renata. After 1 month and a half I was in court and everything worked fine. Just to see how unprofessional she was I texted her saying “I am still waiting for the forms” it was almost 2 months later after I was divorced already. I texted her because I had our conversation on my phone. And she replied: who is it? she erased our conversation and did not care about it at all. She Just took $100 to talk to me for 20min while she was arriving in her hotel (that’s why she was late for the call) at least I payed $900 less for a faster and very professional job with the other lawyer.
