Biography
I am an extremely motivated and high performing attorney. I handled thousands of cases as a Prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office before I decided to start my own firm. I am aggressive both in and out of the courtroom, while at the same time providing an extremely personalized experience to all of my clients. I strive to make dealing with the courts as hassle free as possible, and fight hard to guarantee you the best outcome in every case. I know firsthand that the justice system here in Miami is often unfair, which is why I fight so hard for my clients.
Additionally, I graduated number one in my graduating class for Trial Advocacy, Advanced Trial Advocacy, and Immigration Law. I was also recognized and awarded by the prestigious Florida Bar of Criminal Defense Attorneys for my Trial Advocacy Skills and Excellence. I even won the 2012 national championship in Washington D.C. at the annual Georgetown Invitational trial competition, along with receiving an award for Most Overall Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Prior to my time as a Prosecutor in Miami-Dade, I was intensely trained by some of the highest powered defense attorneys in the state on how to dominate the courtroom. I know the ins and outs of the system, and every way to get you the best outcome you deserve. With a variety of expertise, whether it be defense of a crime no matter how small or large, immigration, or a combination such as defense cases involving deportation proceedings, my firm offers fast and effective legal counsel to the people of South Florida and abroad.
