This is a very rude unprofessional, no morals or ethics lawyer. She will collect your money and forget about you she will not call you, she will not go over your case files, your case will linger on for years. Mine has for almost 4 years and even though my child was a minor at the time case started ...and is due child support he is over 18 .Now, because of her lack of communication and of her no calls and no-shows on every single appointment that she scheduled, I didn't schedule them.She scheduled, she has missed everyone with me happened to repeatedly call or email just to get a response back very small company only three people so she's not even capable of serving all of the clients that she's trying to get She is never prepared in court so you will get continuance back to back Do not waste your money. You will be very sorry if you choose this attorney and will spend years waiting on any judgment because she doesn't care after she collects your money then she just interested in new clients and more money so your case gets push aside until the last 48hrs before your hearing then what can you do when she has collected your money already and had years to prepare

I hired this firm for a simple petition. I paid a small fee for a simple task. Upon hiring this firm, they were very kind and seemed interested and caring and truly made me believe they could help me with a child custody issue. Once they had my money however, it took me almost 2 months to get in touc...h with them. No one would ever return my calls, messages, or emails. I would try a few times per week to contact them and no one would ever get back to me. One time about a month and a half in, Miss Waite herself actually called me back. I was excited to finally be able to speak to my attorney. However, that lasted about 30 seconds before she said she would call me right back. Of course, she never called back and i spent the next two weeks attempting to get in touch with them. 2 months into this process her paralegal finally contacted me did a petition for me. The petition had many errors and in fact had the completely wrong court house and county on all 9 documents. I assume they just rushed through it. When i tried to get this situation corrected they started ignoring all correspondence again. I asked for a refund and they simply said no, that it was non refundable. So i asked them to please fix the errors in the petition or i would have to report them to the BAR association. I just want you to finish the job, or refund my money and ill get someone else to do it. They then blocked me from the secure messaging portal and deleted all our messages in an attempt to protect themselves (luckily i saved it all before they could do that), and they blocked my number. Still never completed what i hired them for and never refunded my money. Just tried to delete all evidence and disappear. i had also been asking for 3 weeks for a copy of my initial retainer agreement at the time of hiring this firm. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A COPY OF MY OWN CONTRACT! if that isn't suspicious or fraudulent i'm not sure what is. There is so much more i can seay, but i will leave that for the bar association rather than reviews. They will trick you into believing they are here to help. At first they will be very communicative and helpful. Once you pay them is when they will start to disappear. Up until i paid them, i had absolutely no problems getting in touch with them. Once i paid them, that's when the trouble started. Once they got their money i spent 2 months just trying to speak to someone there. And still now two months later, they took my money and didnt even do my petition. Just sent me a draft with tons of errors, than tried to cover their tracks. Please know, that i am warning all future clients to avoid this. If you care about your situation, your children, or are going through a very stressful time. Be careful, because they will make it much more stressful when you cant get in touch with them and they take your money and run. please be cautious thinking about hiring this firm.
