Closing in South FLorida

Kara Stachel ended up being a godsend! I was put in the difficult position of helping my out-of-state parents close on their Florida retirement home and agreed to let the seller choose title. They chose Ms. Stachel and we are so glad they did! Ms. Stachel answered every single one of my emails within... hours and with full explanations. I never got the impression that she wanted to get me off the phone or to stop emailing her, as many attorneys would prefer in my experience. She was always very courteous, kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire transaction. She explained every single step and made it a point to keep me in the loop at all times throughout this difficult closing. Her title work identified a significant problem on the property which she then moved very swiftly to address, bringing in top professionals who did a fantastic job in a very short amount of time. In the end, we closed only a day past our original closing date with confidence that all issues were addressed and closed. As both a buyer and seller, I have worked with many title companies and attornies in NJ, NY, MD and FL and only a handful of them would I ever do business with again. Ms. Stachel is first among them due to her honesty, hard work ethic, acumen and professionalism. The next FL transaction I need to close I am going straight to Ms. Stachel and will be sending anyone that asks me for a referral her way. Mike G.

Problem Solved.

My HOA wanted to evict my dog. Kara handled this problem with ease. She gave me detailed instructions on what was needed on my end. Kara made herself available day & night to answer any question or concern that I had. What could have been a devastating situation turned out very favorable for me and m...y fur baby. I am grateful for Kara & her services.
