Biography
I have been certified by the Florida bar as an expert in both Tax and Criminal Trial. I am the only lawyer in the state of Florida with both these distinctions. I graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 2003. During law school, I interned with the Miami-Dade state attorney's office and was an editor for the Inter-American Law Review. I went on to earn my L.L.M. degree (Masters of Law) in Taxation from the University of Miami in 2006. Prior to law school, I majored in Accounting and earned a Master's Degree in Taxation from Florida International University. I have been a C.P.A. (Certified Public Accountant) in the state of Florida since 2002.

The Greatest

Masterful Trial Attorney
Mr. Tomas represented my son, who was being charged with a crime. The state attorney wanted to send my son to prison and he fought them all the way to trial. The best trial lawyer I've ever seen!
I recommended Tony to a dear family member who was in serious trouble. Tony fought the case all the way to trial and got a Not Guilty verdict. I sat and watched and was blown away. If I am ever in trouble, he is the only person I would call.
