Upon providing a retainer it was expected that these attorneys would provide competent zealous representation . Over the course of several months , their efforts fell short of even satisfactory. Poor communication if any at all. No zealous representation. No effectively as to potential strategies,... outcomes or detriments. Failure to adequately appraise my son( client) regarding on going issues/ discussions with prosecutors as the case progressed. Being an accused in any serious criminal matter lends to significant stress, worry and reliance on others expertise and professionalism. Based on what I believed to be an underwhelming defense strategy the end result was a tragedy for my family in my son (client) taking his own life. I have no confidence in these attorneys and DO NOT recommend them.

Simply put - Brian Onek is one of the best criminal attorneys there is in Brevard County. I made a lot of mistakes trying to find an attorney that would listen and fight for me. I hired two attorneys before Brian that either made my case worse, or literally took my money and then handed me over to ...the state on a silver platter. As a result I went to Brian wiped out and beaten down, not just by the legal system, but in trying to find someone/anyone who would listen enough to fight for me. At that point, I hired Brian. He was awesome in keeping me informed, extremely easy to contact, very strategic in his approach, and willing to hear out my ideas and thoughts on the case. He never made me feel rushed, explained his perspective and approach, and prepared me for what to expect. In court, Brian was professional and extremely well prepared with case law to back him up. If you want someone who will fight for you until the end - Brian Onek is the one you should hire. If I had gone to him first, I believe my case would have been resolved before it even started!
