I have been so pleased with the representation Jason has done in my divorce case of 7 years . I wish he had represented me from the beginning. Jason is all about the law and doing the right thing ! I worked with Jason a little over a year to resolve a lawsuit an attorney office pursued against me. I’ve never been sued before and I was researching the best attorneys in my area and Jason popped up. I called about 7pm on a Friday not, I expected to leave a vm and have him return my call the follow...ing week. To my surprise he was still working and assured me he would be able to assist me with this matter. After months of going back and forth with the other lawyer Jason did settle the case for me. I no longer owed the debt and they dropped there suit against me. I recommend him for anyone and he is someone I will refer to in case of any legal needs.

Mr. Phillips has helped me on two relocation matters with my daughter. The first time he helped me get her back to Florida after my ex relocated to MA. with her without any notice. This was back in 2013. A few years after (2015) I relocated to Italy with my Italian wife. My ex and I had a verbal agre...ement about our daughter as to when she was going to visit me in the summers and in Xmas. When I left my ex change her address, phone number and emails several times. Three painful years went by that I did not hear from or know anything about my daughter. I finally found out where she live and I quickly contacted Mr. Phillips to once again to help me out. What I loved about him is that he was honest, reliable, responded quickly to my emails, he was reasonable, told it like it was and he believed in me. I aimed to bring my daughter to Italy to live. Even though he told me that my daughter visiting me in Italy is more likely to happend he also told me that it's also not impossible. He was aggressive when he needed to be, informative and above all very professional. I was always positive about what I wanted and he was positive with me. Which to me that made a HUGE difference on my Pareting Time Sharing Plan case. Yes, it did take quite some time to get to the end of the matter. But in that time I kept on piling up evidence (Mr. Phillips advise) on how my daughter's best interest was here (in Italy), with me, my wife and her two siblings. I am grateful to say that once again Mr. Phillips has won my case and that my daughter is happily living in Italy. He handled an illegal eviction small claims lawsuit for me. His communication skills were not what I expected. I would send emails with information regarding the case yet no response would be given. I would text with no response given. I had to go get the 911 calls myself and email them to him. He... never responded to the emails containing the 911 calls and other evidence I sent to him about my lawsuit. On the day of the lawsuit he seemed to have still not read the emails and said, "Now refresh my memory." I had to go over what I emailed him as if it was his first time hearing the details. He complained about the time he was spending waiting there at the courthouse for the mediation to start. He had no reaction when the opposing attorney came in and interrupted our private talk time allowed with the mediator! Nothing no reaction. Just sat there. Which seems to be his style. His summary of the issue at hand to the mediator was acceptable not great. He also joked about if the settlement I was given was enough money. At the final stage of mediation he said he was "going to get a ticket." We walked out together and he was parked in the parking garage. They don't give out tickets there?! It's public parking you pay by the hour. On the walk out together he said, "Anytime I get to go to court it's a good learning experience." I was like, "Wait? What?!" He wanted to learn on my dime? At the end I shook his hand and was happy to see him go. I wouldn't rehire him.
