Mr. Phillips is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Florida. Mr. Phillips is licensed to practice in federal court in the Middle and Southern District of Texas and the North District of Texas and the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Before graduating from Florida State Law, Mr. Phillips worked as a law clerk in a family law firm.
