Biography
Audrey’s passion for helping people protect themselves with trademarks came from adversity when she learned that three different organizations were fraudulently using the name of her nonprofit organization, Revolution Leadership, Inc. (), in two different states and overseas without authorization.
Her firm has a 100% success rate with 501c3 tax-exempt nonprofit filings and federal trademark filings to date (Disclaimer: Past results do not determine future outcomes).
As an attorney, she has handled transactions with a combined value of several millions. Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies to start-up companies. She is the author of two #1 bestselling books on Amazon.
She has been nominated for the Florida Legal Elite award, which recognizes the state's top lawyers as selected by their peers. She was a speaker at the White House Summit on Hispanic Leadership hosted by the Obama administration and served on a televised panel with Senator Hillary Clinton discussing the real estate lending crisis. She was nominated for the Presidential Citizens Medal awarded by President Obama and was featured in Black Enterprise Magazine.
She is happily married to financial author Juan P. Chisholm, J.D. and is the mother of two gorgeous girls.
