Real estate

Mrs. Smith represented us in a two-year commercial real estate transaction. The issues regarding this deal were convoluted and complex. Her patience and dedication to ensuring that we understood the process, issues, and protecting our investment was beyond what we've ever received from an attorney.... Family Law - Paternity

Divinne represented us in a family court paternity case. She really advocated fairly for us as clients and most importantly our child (my step son). Corporate Counsel

Divinne represented our company in an FLSA action by a former independent contractor. She was able to use every nuance with both federal and state law to prove that we did not violate any laws. Paternity

I contacted Divinne because of an issue I was having enrolling my son in school. I was told that because I was the Father, I could not enroll my son until I went to court and obtained a court order. I was extremely stressed and confused especially since I have had physical custody of my child since... he was 2. Divinne reached out to the school board attorneys and handheld me through the legal system. She even took the time to attend a meeting with the school board attorney, myself and the pupil advisor. We were able to get my son enrolled just in time for school to begin. In the meantime, she is handling my legal paternity issue.

Business
