Following completion of his undergraduate studies James relocated to Jacksonville where he attended and graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law. During law school James was an active participant in the Jacksonville legal community throughout his law school studies. James interned with the Jasonville Area Legal Aid fair housing division and clerked at several area law offices assisting in civil litigation and criminal defense. Following graduation of law school James became an associate attorney with The Williston Firm, P.L. where he handles cases ranging from misdemeanors to high end felonies as well as several other practice areas. James vigorously advocates for his clients to ensure that their constitutional rights are protected and that they receive zealous representation.
Regardless if you are facing a simple traffic case or a murder case the level of attention and representation is the same. Your best interest and the best outcome is what the goal is and nothing less.
If you need someone to fight and will not shy away from litigation and trial then look no farther.
