Prior to pursuing a legal career, Mr. Phillips accumulated several years of management experience with esteemed Fortune 500 companies such as Southwest Airlines and Sears Holdings (formerly K-Mart Logistics). His background includes leadership roles in both the private sector, where he supervised workgroups of 30 to 100 employees, and the non-profit sector. In 1996, as the Program Director for VOICE, Inc., Mr. Phillips secured over $450,000 in funding to support at-risk youth in Corsicana, Texas. His efforts led to the establishment of a robust community organization that has flourished for nearly two decades and expanded its reach across central Texas.
In addition to his impressive professional history, Mr. Phillips is a licensed attorney in all state courts in Florida and Texas, as well as in the United States District Court in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas. He has a notable record of success in appealing cases to the District Courts of Appeal in Florida state courts.
During his academic journey at Florida State Law, Mr. Phillips gained practical experience as a law clerk in a family law firm. He was also actively involved in Florida State University's Student Judicial Affairs, where he served as the chair of a Student Judicial Board and contributed as a volunteer for the Leon County Public Defender's Office. Further expanding his horizons, while pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Administration at the University of Central Florida, Mr. Phillips dedicated his time to volunteering with the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association.
Mr. Phillips holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Administration and Sociology from the University of North Texas, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas. His well-rounded background and diverse experiences make him a valuable asset in the legal field.

2003 thru 2014 Child Custody Case-Vexatious litigator obssesive father
Mr. Phillips took a case with a history from 2003 to 2014 and accept to help me. Not any case! Case with history of domestic violence allegations, false allegations of mental illness, calls to D C F etc. When I call other attorneys and they log in in the case docket they were hesitant...CASE HAS MO...
