We had been given the runaround by our mortgage company for MONTHS. Although we agreed to enroll in their disaster/hurricane relief program, the bank mistakenly placed the account in default. I had a problem with a debt collection company (a few thousand). They were hassling me for more than 10 years. They tried wage garnishment, then coming after my assets. He reached out to the debt collector and began the process. Within 2 months we reached an agreement not only getting the debt cleared off but money was returned to me. At anytime I had any questions all I had to do was email or even send a quick text to Mr. Phillips and he would respond promptly even on the weekends.
