Jason Brian Phillips

I had a problem with an HOA in the Orlando area. I got sued around Christmas 2018. It took me contacting 20 different lawyers in this site to find him. He is a professional. I will tell you, he gave me a free consultation over the phone and in 5 minutes he had a hold of my summons in Orange Count...y, figured out the problems and saw that I had a valid case. Ladies and Gents, Mr Phillips is one in a thousand. By early February 2019, we had won the case. Jason has been my attorney for the past 5 years. I had originally consulted him for a credit matter which he resolved to my satisfaction. Since that time he has represented me as a family attorney. At the time I consulted him for my family law case I was being beat by a system I did not un...derstand. My ex was trying to relocate my daughter against my will and filed ridiculous lies with the court in order to move her to another city. Mr. Phillips quickly, as in same day...including driving an hour to our home, provided me and my son with legal advice and service. He presented options to me that I did not know that I had...for example, writing my son's father a letter and mailing it the very next day advising/encouraging him what... he should not do in regards to our agreement. Within a day Mr. Phillips began modifying our standing agreement, made necessary adjustments to agreement and filed the necessary paperwork with the courts within a week. My experience with Brian has been positive from the first day I spoke to him on the phone. He listened, was knowledgable, researched and kept me informed, Step by step. He gave good advice and was not pushy. I didnt have to hunt him down even after he took my money he was available and reachable.
