Fresh Start

After an exhaustive search for a bankruptcy attorney I found Michael via his blog. He initially assisted me with a foreclosure and then my CH7. His fees were reasonable and he was very responsive. He deals with his clients directly, is knowledgeable and thorough. If you are NY or NJ and need the services Michael provides, there is NO reason to look elsewhere.

If I need to hire legal representation, I now know who I can turn to

Mr. Siegel responded to my query through the Avvo site regarding a closed probate case my sister was trying to basically re-open. He took the time to gather the details of the situation before responding. He addressed my concerns. It greatly reduced the stress I had been feeling and I appreciated his input. Fair and Justice-minded

I hired Michael Siegel earlier this year for a nasty commercial rental situation that no one else would touch. At first, I thought he didn't want the case, but I realized that things were just moving slowly and the communication needed to come from myself more than he. I'm glad that I stuck it out past the doubt because he exceeded my expectations and really sorted it out better than I thought possible. He was able to take a hard look at this mess and make something good come out of it, and for that I am so grateful to him and would not hesitate to use his services again. He's outstanding.

Compassionate

As a high net worth professional who was always successful, it was hard for me to admit that my debt had gotten out of control. However, when I called Mr. Siegel, he made me feel comfortable, and made me realize that bankruptcy was the right business choice for me. I always dealt with him, instead of a paralegal or secretary, and he helped me each step of the way. He enabled me to get my independence back with respect and dignity. Bankruptcy and Employment Law

After recently speaking with a few attys re filing for bankruptcy it was Michael Siegel who I found fully current on NY law and what my options were. He laid out a plan and got it done. He has a no-nsense approach and made good use of time. I never needed to contact him, he kept me apprised of all the dealings. I used Michael Siegel several years ago as well for an employment relocation issue and again he seamlessly handled it with a favorable outcome. He was very pleasant to deal with both times. I would recommend Mike without any reservations.
