After obtaining her name I used the Florida Bar website to look up her credentials. All the information I found on ...MsMcDaniel's law firms web page checked out to be valid and accurate with the FL Bar. I decided to consult with Mary McDaniel after reading many positive reviews about her on Google, Avvo and Justia. I also looked her up on BBB and couldnt find any complaints listed. From the very first time speaking with Mr.McDaniel on the phone I could tell she was personable, strait forward, knowledgable and reasonable. She explained the law in ways that I could easily understand and relate to but I never felt like she was "dumbing it down" for me. She listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions in a black & white, to the point kind of fashion. She explained that this was how a judge would look at the information and gave me experienced i sight as to what I could expect throughout the divorce process. She never flooded me with too much information at once or too many tasks to tackle in a short time period. She was transparent with her intentions and her legal strategies. There were times when my own emotions made information hard to receive and absorb. Those were the time Ms. McDaniel stepped up on my behalf and made sound decisions with me and children's long term best interests in mind. She was honest in telling me when I could not get or ask for exactly what I wanted but always made sure I got what I was entitled too and what I needed. I have been pleased with the legal services I received from MGM Law and would recommend Mary McDaniel to anyone in need of a good divorce lawyer. Her office was always promptly responsive to any form of communication I used to reach them. In comparison to most I found MGM Law to be reasonable and fair in their rates. They sent me weekly invoices that broke down costs and charges in great detail and I always knew exactly where I stood financially. Ms. McDaniel avidly made me aware of the anticipated cost of all that I expected from her and all that she predicted we would face throughout my divorce process and even far into the future when I asked about how things should be handled in the near and distant future.
