Mr. Nusser and his staff have been absolutely amazing during my court issues. We had a very complicated case regarding a past divorce and child support which then led to an adoption. His staff and himself have been on top of everything and treated me like family. Would give advice when needed and sti...ll allow me to make my own decisions, but would also step in when he did not agree with them to show me why. Tim Nusser is the most professional attorney. He was my attorney for my divorce in 2012-2014. He was always well prepared and diligent about keeping up with the constant fishing expeditions the opposing party kept trying to detour down. More importantly, he is probably the most ethical attorney I hav...e ever met. He fought for my own safety as well as the safety of my son from my ex-husband. The end results were essentially in the hands of the judge but Tim Nusser made sure he did everything possible to benefit us. Needless to say in 2017 when I was being sued again from my ex husband, even though he was over loaded with cases he agreed to represent me again. Throughout the whole process the second time he was diligent and professional. He always thoroughly explained the possibilities of what could happen and was always honest. Let me just start by saying if you are in a fight, you want Tim Nusser on your side. Tim maybe be quiet during the process of discovery and motions, but when it came down to getting the job done... Lets just say he was the Michael Jordan of the hearing. I had the odds stacked against me in my case (c...hild support/custody) although common sense would say that I was a victim of a vindictive ex-spouse. In deposition, which I was terrified of because in all my 40 years of life I had never been in a court room or before a lawyer or judge, Tim prepared me for what was to come. Although I knew my situation was unique and hard to prove to the judge as to why, Tim took an approach that most lawyers didn't. First, he continue to push his point to the judge on how I was being prejudiced in my case. His research and case findings were phenomenal. The judge had not choice but to hear him out. Then Tim had the judge hear my testimony which was somewhat long but the judge could not turn his attention away from the injustice that was being done. We left the judge's chambers better than I could have ever expected. I will forever rave about this approach and finish. He is like that lil terrier dog that sits on the porch and watches the other dogs until there is an injustice and he brings order to the situation. I would go to court with Tim as my representation ANY day of the week. To Mr. Nusser (if you ever read this), I sincerely THANK YOU. Your bite is much great than your bark. I had to wait through to process to understand that. I can say Ann Meador felt the wrath of your bite. Also, Judge Simon opened up and got more understanding through your approach and thorough explanation of the situation. Thanks again for everything. My family is better because of you.

The decision to divorce is not an easy one and can be very scary. Tim and his office staff, especially Brenda, were always there for me. They returned my calls/emails in an extremely efficient manner, answering all my questions and kept me abreast of everything.
