Let me just start by saying if you are in a fight, you want Tim Nusser on your side. Tim maybe be quiet during the process of discovery and motions, but when it came down to getting the job done... Lets just say he was the Michael Jordan of the hearing. I had the odds stacked against me in my case (c...hild support/custody) although common sense would say that I was a victim of a vindictive ex-spouse. In deposition, which I was terrified of because in all my 40 years of life I had never been in a court room or before a lawyer or judge, Tim prepared me for what was to come. Although I knew my situation was unique and hard to prove to the judge as to why, Tim took an approach that most lawyers didn't. First, he continue to push his point to the judge on how I was being prejudiced in my case. His research and case findings were phenomenal. The judge had not choice but to hear him out. Then Tim had the judge hear my testimony which was somewhat long but the judge could not turn his attention away from the injustice that was being done. We left the judge's chambers better than I could have ever expected. I will forever rave about this approach and finish. He is like that lil terrier dog that sits on the porch and watches the other dogs until there is an injustice and he brings order to the situation. I would go to court with Tim as my representation ANY day of the week. To Mr. Nusser (if you ever read this), I sincerely THANK YOU. Your bite is much great than your bark. I had to wait through to process to understand that. I can say Ann Meador felt the wrath of your bite.
