Go somewhere else. I retained this attorney 2 months before my Final Hearing (Yes, short notice because I originally hired a dunce.) He agreed to take the case on short notice. Before I go any further, let me just say that his argument will be "I only had a couple of months to get familiar with the c...ase"...if that's your argument, then you shouldn't have taken the case. Now, onto details.... My ex took my two daughters and moved to Tampa shortly before I filed. She had a job up here and obtained a job in Tampa. She lied in court, in which case, I would lean over to Mr. Jayne and tell him "that's a lie"...his response...."Don't worry about it, the Judge doesn't care about that." This happened on several occasions during the Final Hearing. When the Judge made his decision, the Child Support figures were incorrect (horribly), alimony was double and twice as long as what Mr. Jayne advised it would be, and I was to pay arrearages AND daycare....all to the tune of $2800/month (let's just say I make a little bit more than that.) Furthermore, he did object to a lot of decisions the judge decided on because the judge didn't find any "cause" for them....the opposing attorney went ahead and filed the paperwork anyways....where was Mr. Jayne??? No where...not objecting to the court or doing anything, he just let the skewed numbers and papers get pushed to the Judge without a fight. Additionally, I had grounds for an appeal...Mr. Jayne had the audacity to say "Well, I know a good Appeals lawyer." Because of his "don't worry, the Judge doesn't care about that" mentality, I am now about to be thrown in jail for contempt (for inability to pay). Hopefully this saves someone else the money and hassle.

Mr.Jayne has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. I thought me being a man in Florida and in the military My chances of getting custody of my daughter were slim to none. Most people told me just to give in. Mr.Jayne gave me hope, and he made me believe I had a chance. So I believed in him. H...e was a dog in that court room (in a good sense). He fought for my interest and my daughters interest. He is honestly one of the biggest reasons I’m on the road to become a lawyer now. I would recommend him to anyone, he does his research and he is a fighter.

KENNETH DID EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WOULD DO FOR MY CASE. MY EX-HUSBAND WHOM IS AN OFFICER IN THE MILITARY WHO CHEATED WITH THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR, TRIED TO GET CUSTODY OF OUR THREE DAUGHTER AND NOT PAY CHILD SUPPORT FOR THEM. I HIRED KENNETH AND HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND WE WENT TO COURT AND H...E DID HIS THING AND I RECEIVED CUSTODY OF THE KIDS AND HE HAD TO PAY GOOD GRIP OF CHILD SUPPORT AS WELL AS RECEIVING PART OF HIS RETIREMENT. ITS CHEAPER TO KEEP HER, OR KENNETH WILL HANDLE IT.

When I first met Ken I was expecting someone a lot older, but don't let his age scare you because the man knows the law. I've had to swim with several sharks in the water, but this guy is truly looking out for your best interest instead of his own wallet like most attorneys. Each meeting was set in a... professional environment, but at the same time it was a very laid back atmosphere which made it most comfortable. When I had my consultation with Ken about my divorce, he was upfront with me in the beginning in what I would lose so there were no surprises, but he also told me what I had to gain. Whenever I needed to get in touch with Ken, he or his paralegal Kathy always responded within the same day. Fortunately, I was able to settle my divorce out of court and my attorney was right there by my side the entire time. I was pleased with the outcome and I honestly can't say I would have been better off going to court. I had to shed out some money to my ex wife and her attorney, but I already knew that I was going to have to do that. What Ken did was save me thousands of $ in the long run and for that I am forever grateful.

Mr.Jayne services were incredible. He was very straight to the point and did not try to take more time than needed to take more money. He was very professional and did everything he said he would do. I got custody of my children. And pleased on the outcome it was handle due to the nature of the custo...dy in which juvenile court matters had to be considered. I would recommend and hire him again. Himself and his help Kathy were always there and responded quickly. I appreciate getting such great service. If you need a great family attorney he is definitely the one to hire
