Tim is technically and tactically proficient in his craft. He will not sell you a bill of goods to pad his pockets. He will give an honest legal opinion to you. You may not like what you hear from him, but it will be a sound legal opinion based upon his wealth of experience and knowledge. Retaining Mr. Nusser as my divorce attorney is a decision I regret. Mr. Nusser verbally explained the divorce process including a $3,000 "minimum fee" & an additional $1,500 cost deposit. I was lead to believe the $3,000 would cover an uncontested divorce & the $1,500 would be used to cover any exp...enses over the $3,000 if we had to go to court. I cancelled my divorce. I was expecting a full refund of the $1,500 & believed the filing fees were to be deducted from the $3,000 "minimum fee". Instead I was only refunded the $1,500 LESS fees of $427. Mr. Nusser is maintaining keeping the $3,000 & deducting expenses from the $1,500 is what the contract allowed him to do. I believed the costs incurred were going to be deducted from the $3,000 "minimum fee". I feel Mr. Nusser misrepresented this to me & owes me the total refund of $1,500. Mr. Nusser has refused to settle this issue in a manner satisfactory to me. I would not recommend his services to anyone in the future.
