Timothy John Nusser

Tim Nusser is the most professional attorney. He was my attorney for my divorce in 2012-2014. He was always well prepared and diligent about keeping up with the constant fishing expeditions the opposing party kept trying to detour down. More importantly, he is probably the most ethical attorney I hav...e ever met. He fought for my own safety as well as the safety of my son from my ex-husband. The end results were essentially in the hands of the judge but Tim Nusser made sure he did everything possible to benefit us. Needless to say in 2017 when I was being sued again from my ex husband, even though he was over loaded with cases he agreed to represent me again. Throughout the whole process the second time he was diligent and professional. He always thoroughly explained the possibilities of what could happen and was always honest. Strongly recommend to have Tim Nusser represent you if needed for divorce attorney or child custody.

Retaining Mr. Nusser as my divorce attorney is a decision I regret. Mr. Nusser verbally explained the divorce process including a $3,000 "minimum fee" & an additional $1,500 cost deposit. I was lead to believe the $3,000 would cover an uncontested divorce & the $1,500 would be used to cover any exp...enses over the $3,000 if we had to go to court. I cancelled my divorce. I was expecting a full refund of the $1,500 & believed the filing fees were to be deducted from the $3,000 "minimum fee". Instead I was only refunded the $1,500 LESS fees of $427. Mr. Nusser is maintaining keeping the $3,000 & deducting expenses from the $1,500 is what the contract allowed him to do. I believed the costs incurred were going to be deducted from the $3,000 "minimum fee". I feel Mr. Nusser misrepresented this to me & owes me the total refund of $1,500. Mr. Nusser has refused to settle this issue in a manner satisfactory to me. I would not recommend his services to anyone in the future.

My husband was going thru a divorce and after culling thru 2 attorney's that were not beneficial to his divorce, we were referred to Mr. Nusser. I went to the last attorney he had, got all my paperwork including motions, discovery and orders and took them to Nusser. He met with us, looked over our n...ightmare of a case and agreed to represent my husband. Mr. Nussers entire staff was always attentive to our case. He was always keeping us abreast of what was going on. We had used him for about 5 years, until my husbands youngest boy finally turned 18. Mr. Nusser constantly was challenged by the ex wife and her games. He was always ready for what was coming at him and believe me...it was never ending!!!!
