I recently hired Troy Marsh to represent me regarding a failure to maintain lane and DUI case. Before hiring Mr. Marsh I contacted and interviewed every DUI attorney in Statesboro along with attorneys from Savannah. Mr. Marsh was recommended to me by one past client and a current client. Upon the initial phone call conference with Mr. Marsh, I immediately felt comfortable talking with him and with the representation he could provide. Mr. Marsh was very up front in the beginning regarding that he could not promise me a certain verdict. He would give me his honest and realistic opinion regarding my case based on past experiences and would represent me to the best of his abilities. Prior to this situation I had never been in any kind of trouble before. Mr. Marsh helped ease my anxiety and was always there to answer questions for me no matter how repetitive or trivial. I also cannot say enough great things about the staff at the Marsh Law Firm. Aryn, (Mr. Marsh's paralegal) was always timely and courteous in relaying information and answering any question I might have. Throughout the entire process Mr. Marsh kept me informed and was always available. Prior to my court date I was informed of the possible outcomes both good and bad and was prepared by Mr. Marsh for anything that may happen. The days leading up to the trial Mr. Marsh was in constant contact with me answering questions and preparing for the day ahead. On the day of trial Mr. Marsh was able to negotiate with the prosecutors for a favorable outcome. Part of which resulted in my DUI charge being dropped. Also, regarding professional fees related to my case, Mr. Marsh was up front in the beginning with a set flat fee which I paid in full and was never approached again for additional billing. I believe Mr. Marsh is very reasonable in price and I received every penny I paid for in the form of great legal representation. Mr. Marsh is an honest upstanding man of the community and appears to have a great relationship with the judge, prosecutor, and other members of the legal community. If you are in need of legal representation I cannot recommend a better attorney in Statesboro than Troy Marsh.

This lawyer is completely awesome. A month before I graduated from GA Southern, I was given a ticket for running a stop sign on campus that I actually didn't run. Because I was moving back to my hometown of Flint, Michigan a week after graduation, and I had employers that required a clean driving record (and I also didn't want my insurance to go up), I hired Mr. Marsh to represent me on this matter.
Mr. Marsh's expertise was worth EVERY penny, if not more. It would have cost me much more annually in insurance if the ticket had stuck. Mr. Marsh was able to negotiate for the dismissal of my ticket, and was extremely professional and responsive with my questions. When I initially contacted him asking him about his services, he personally responded and was swift and courteous with his information. His staff is also professional, courteous and simply embodies the principles of excellence.
I highly do recommend you hire Mr. Marsh if you have any issues out there in Bulloch County.

Troy Marsh is an outstanding attorney, I came to him in my time of need and he did everything in his power to help me get what I wanted accomplished and then some. Very reasonably priced and from the first meeting with him I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and that he did it very well. I would recommend his service to anyone in need.

I'm a student at GSU and ended up needing some legal help. Mr. Marsh went above and beyond what I hired him to do. Not only did he make me feel comfortable every step of the way but he spoke with me nearly every week even when there were no new updates. I found his staff extremely helpful and honestly loved working with Mr. Marsh. Would recommend him to anyone because he gets the job done and assured me every step of the way even when I was unsure of what was going on.

Mr. Marsh was my lawyer for a pending probation violation. I received consultations from a number of other legal representatives, but there was something about Troy.
His price was reasonable, and his office is literally twenty-five feet from the courtroom! From the get-go, he asked very to-the-point questions about me, my case, and my history in order to be able to most effectively serve the cause. Due to his many years of experience of dealing with the Bulloch County judicial system, he was able to quickly say: okay, here's what we should do, how we should do it, who we should talk to, and when these things should be done.
At each turn in the case, he handled it with grace, ease, and natural professionalism.
With his magic strings, he made not only one, but two miracles happen on my behalf: firstly, I was allowed to return home after a continuance was issued on my first probation revocation hearing (that's something that is an extraordinarily rare occurrence!); and secondly, when I was supposed to return a month-and-a-half later, I was told by Troy not to make the four-hour drive from Atlanta to Statesboro the following morning because it had been taken care of behind the scenes, free-and-clear! He spoke on numerous occasions with the D.A. to take care of these concerns. He went straight to the source.
Oh, and I can't forget the rest of his staff! They were always prompt, fast, responsive, polite, and kind. They were always in-sync with one another - the office staff and Mr. Marsh - which made it easy to be able to communicate with the firm as a whole. It was an easy and pleasant experience each time that I had to talk with Mr. Marsh or one of his associates.

I recently hired Troy Marsh to handle my Fale ID/ MIP charges and my experience with Troy and his staff was nothing short of stress free. They kept me updated with every progression in the case and were also very friendly and helpful. Any questions that I had throughout the process, Troy was happy to explain with great detail. In court, he was able to persuade the prosecutor to drop the charges and dismiss the case all together. Overall, I thought he did an outstanding and professional job from start to finish, if you're searching for a dependable lawyer, I would highly recommend him for hire.
