Christmas is a special time of the year especially when you have a new little family excited to spin this time with one another. But this day would soon change. November 30th 2014 my fiance my little girl and I were Christmas shopping for the kids and just purchased our first Christmas tree together on the way home we were discussing what we could do for the kids and at that moment we were hit head on by a drunk driver... this day will never be forgotten. We all had injuries. I myself started to become angered mad and disgusted because I could not perform my tasks and my duties at work or at our house like i use to and caused my little family and I to go our separate ways. I lost my little family my job and some friends. Spiva Law Group can not replace everything lost but they will fight hard for your recovery they help me to find different doctors to perform multiple procedures to try to help me and did a marvelous job. I was totally freaked out when a young lady texting while driving ran a three way stop sign and totaled my car injuring me. Mr. Spiva talked to me himself, not someone else. He personally cared about me and what happened. I found him and the people I worked with in his law firm were honest, had integrity, were not ready to just jump on my case and make money but listened to what had happened and personally decided to help me out. They seemed to really care about me as a person not just a client. They thoroughly handled my case, keeping me informed on a constant basis about my medical, my bills, what was being paid, what was not paid, what needed negotiating, etc. I could have not done any better.

I suffered from a head injury, severe concussion, and three bulging discs due to my incident. I am a mother of six, one being severely handicapped, I worked and was a full time student. Everything came to a halt with my incident. Mr. Spiva settled my case in a very short amount of time and he settled it for the maximum. The Spiva Law Firm is awesome. I was involved in a hit and run and thank goodness a witness followed the person. I hired Spiva Law Firm and they are the best. They not only treated me as they had known me forever, they sent get well cards and Holiday cards. They worked so hard to get more than what I was asking. I only wanted my new purchased car paid for and all my medical bills. They took the time and every effort to make that happen plus some. No, I'm not rich, but with these wonderful ladies and gentleman they made a nightmare into a bearable situation. Stress free for me and they handle everything. I would recommended this wonderful group to anyone needing an attorney and where you are always talked and treated professionally.
