Allen Lockerman is a Senior Partner with Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. He practices exclusively in the defense of companies and other entities in high-risk litigation across the United States.

He focuses on national mass tort asbestos litigation, with an emphasis on those jurisdictions routinely recognized as particularly challenging to civil defendants in high-risk litigation by the American Tort Reform Foundation. His practice involves measured and aggressive representation of the Firm’s clients from the most rural of State courts to State and Federal Multi-District Litigation courts in cases involving claims of premise and product liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and conspiracy where millions of dollars are at stake.
