I got a staph infection from a manicure and felt very affected from the experience. I went online and found Adrienne by chance. I talked to her on the phone to see if I had a case against the salon. This was the first time I had ever sought legal representation for personal injury. I felt a little petty and embarrassed because of the stigma these kinds of lawsuits have but I knew that the salon had done something wrong and caused me tremendous pain. If I hadn't barged into a doctor's office two days after the manicure when my finger was red and swollen to twice its size, I don't know what would have happened next. Adrienne never made me feel like she had better cases to handle, even though I thought she probably did. She told me exactly what she needed from me and told me exactly what she was going to do, step by step. After a couple of months of trying to figure out if the salon had insurance and who the new owners were, Adrienne called me with good news. I was surprised to hear that the salon's insurance company offered to pay my medical bills and a fair amount for pain and suffering. Shortly after, I got the check. Adrienne and I clicked from the first time we met and I was very pleased with her handling of this case. I would highly recommend her .

After my car wreck I contacted numerous lawyers to no avail. Ms. Hobbs promptly returned my phone call and did a fantastic job of breaking down my case so I could fully understand what my options were and how they would affect me and essentially, the steps that would take place after my case had begun. She's very patient and empathized with me and my situation and I believe I had the best possible outcome by trusting her and her legal expertise. I would definitely recommend Ms. Hobbs to my family and friends!

Ms. Hobbs is great at what she does and does what she does because she believes in it. She is professional, personable, and takes the time to discuss options, receive input, and explain what is happening with the case. She takes the time to return all calls personally. I never felt ignored or that she was too busy to keep me informed. I would not hesitate to refer her to a friend or have her represent me again.
