"We handle the most important case in the world - YOURS!"
I am a trial lawyer. I help people who are injured (and families of people killed) because of the carelessness of another or a defective consumer product. Every case I take, I prepare it for trial.
Our philosophy is to work every case as if it is going to trial. If an offer is made that you believe is fair, then a settlement is possible. But if not, prepare to go the distance with your case. Preparing cases like this takes more time and attention than the case mills can afford. But we find the earlier preparation leads to better results, including settlements. "If you want peace, prepare for war."
Our staff is dedicated to personal attention to your case. Diana has been with me for over sixteen years; Wendy has been with me more than five years. Both are the most courteous people you would ever want to meet. Each is committed to courteously helping each of our clients.
Hourly ($200-350/hour), contingent (25-45%), Fixed (sometimes), Retainer (sometimes), Free consultation (30 minutes), Pro bono (1%)
