Best lawyer in Georgia!

I don't have enough words to describe how amazing the experience I had with Kuck immigration. I was referred to Mr. Kuck by a family friend regarding my father’s complex immigration case. My father was taken into the Detention Center and had a very high chance of being deported. I had spoken to multi...ple lawyers in Atlanta area and finally decided to hire Kuck immigration services. Mr. Kuck assigned Jorge Gavilanes on the case. Jorge has extensive knowledge about complex immigration cases and worked extremely hard to make sure we have winning results. Making the long story short, my father was released from the Detention center and now making progress in the right direction for his green card. I could not have asked for better services and more talented law firm. From the moment I first called until my case was over, I was at ease that I had made the right choice. I would recommend Jorge to my family and friends without hesitation. He is a motivated lawyer looking to make a positive difference and keeping families together. Due to my positive experience, I will be hiring Jorge and Kuck law firm for my future immigration needs.

Excellent Lawyer and Great Guy!

Mr. Kuck is very responsive and has a genuine, personal interest in helping people through the confusing immigration processes. I have worked with him throughout my marriage process to a Colombian national and many times he has answered our questions promptly and with the care of someone personally i...nvested in our success without charge. I don't know to many lawyers willing to do the same, or respond in such as genuine way. Mr. Kuck is a very knowledgeable immigration lawyer and a good guy to boot. Charles Kuck, a lawyer of virtuous character and great practical wisdom!

Mr. Charles Kuck is so much more than an Immigration Attorney; he is an activist and an advocate for not only immigrants but also human rights. He has a broad experience in anything that encompasses immigration--business, students, immigration proceeding- government hearing. I encourage everyon...e to go to an Immigration Forum, he along with the other attorneys in his firm have all around Atlanta. These forums are free and you are able to talk to him and the other great attorneys in his firm. I also would encourage everyone to watch his acceptance speech as the President of AILA, and see for yourself the passion and compassion he has for immigration. He is a man with convictions and a man of God and because of him and Rebecca Rojas; I will now have the opportunity to pursue my dream of becoming a Register Nurse (RN).

Not too bad and not so great!

I don't even know if I would recommend him, probably not. He is very knowledgeable and respond to your emails withing minutes ill give him that. But, I personally don't like the way he comunicate with his clients. For you to see him in person is like if you try to see a celebrity. You'll only ge...t to see him once in your first appointment after you pay him $250 for a first consultation fee, in wich he will try to get ridof you ASAP, and you do not get to see him again even if you do hire his services. You can only email or speak with him over the phone, because if you want to talk to him in person you will have to pay another $250. I was very disappointed when I wanted to see him regarding other options in my case and I was told I have to pay another consultation fee! His staff sugested me to email or call him. REALY! There are certain things that you do not feel comfortable talking about over email or the phone. I ended up hiering him because after seen two others atorneys I realized they where not as knowledgeable as Mr. Cuck is; however they were a lot nicer and attentive. When I was his client I did not felt comfortable at all talking with him. I even got nervous every time I had to talk to him because of the way and the rush he talked. Also it seems like he doesn't have time for you nor care about your concerns or fears. He'll just tell you what to do without listening to your questions. Honestly I wish I could find someone elso as knowledgeable as he is and ill sure hire Another lawer. I really don't like the way he treated me and how care less he seamed about my case. It does not looks like he's in this field because he likes to help. Also I don't understand why he advertise himself so much everywhere trying to get new clients when he barely have time for the ones he already have. I'll do say that if he will change his attitude and the fact that you can't see him in person unless you pay him even if you are a client, he will be a great lawyer.
